You guys are wonderful! I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and what the process would be if they kept it overnight. They returned me to my residence and came and got me exactly when they said to take me back to the car shop. Thank you so much for your wonderful help and friendly, friendly nature!
The whole experience was smooth and informative. Josh, the mechanic walked me through all the repairs (even showing me the part that was replaced) and updated me every step of the way. First Class Service.
Best service I've received from any repair shop in Eugene/Springfield. Sent me an organized list of suggested services on top of the service I requested. Worked with me within my budget to prioritize the most important repairs and were up-front and 100% clear about pricing. My repairs required new parts and installation/testing/alignment, which in my previous experience, takes multiple days to complete. Dropped my car off in the morning and still got it back the same day. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable mechanic.
Josh Majors there is excellent. Had my car in and out very quickly. Price was fair and transparent.Update Oct 5 2023I had to have the engine replaced in my other vehicle, and the job was done way quicker than I anticipated. They gave me several options and the cost was right in line with what I was told.
It was a challenge to have a large set of repairs all at once and not have my truck for a good portion of a week. Josh listened to my frustration and was kind, competent, and constructive as I voiced a bit of grumpiness. I was looking for a long-term mechanic I could trust well here in my new town. I found that at Sun. Thanks to the crew!
Best customer service. I took my car in for a check up, because I had work done at another shop, and wasn’t feeling good about the results or quality of the job. Come to find out the original shop used old parts and did a mediocre job on my vehicle. Sun automotive was clear and detailed on what needed to be re-done. They even gave me a deal on parts and labor. (Probably because of my traumatic experience with the other shop) I appreciate all the fellas down at the Agate location. They even gave me a ride, and picked me up from work.
Fast friendly service. Got me in quickly. Jeff is always so helpful and friendly. Love the text message with pictures of their findings and diagnostics. Highly recommend.
So appreciated that I was able to get my car in the same day for service. Had a long trip in front of me & I wanted to make sure all the bells, sensors were good on my vehicle. Jeff & his dedicated team did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of what was going on. They even vacuumed out the car & offered me a free car wash. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I am grateful I found them!!!!
Paid $1200 for complete AC repair with a 3 yr warranty. A year and a half later I have no AC again and they want over $1000 to fix it. Worthless warranty... I'll never go back. I recharged my system myself for $40... ice cold.
Sun Automotive has fantastic customer service and auto care. They are fast, reasonably priced and they are trustworthy. I am so happy they are here in Junction City.
Highly recommend going somewhere else or at least getting a second opinion before agreeing to getting work done here, a dealership did the exact same job for $1000 less than this business! Will never be coming back.
Excellent experience at Sun Automotive. We were kept well informed on what was needed with the vehicle, and they were happy to work with us on prioritizing the necessities to help us stay within our budget. Very professional and I would definitely use them again.
Everyone was so nice and accommodating. From the reminder call and text to walking me through the inspection. I went in for a simple oil change and feel like my car got a great inspection. Made a plan on what to do next with a knowledgeable service person. They even vacuumed my car! Thank you everyone at Sun for taking care of me and my car!
The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. When servicing your car, you get a free inspection and a detailed report (printed and or emailed upon request) of your car's engine, brakes, power steering and transmission.
I was able to get a timely appointment (called Wednesday afternoon and got a Monday morning appointment). And was able to get a follow -up appointment for the following Monday.Costs were reasonable, below what I expected.Everyone is so friendly.
I took my vehicle in to have the engine rebuilt and the A/C fixed. The odometer was 123,020 miles. I had to take it back in after only 1,100 miles for warranty on the air conditioning. After about 3,000 miles from the rebuilt I was back for an oil leak and the distributor was damaged. I suspect that it wasn’t instilled properly. When I got the vehicle back there is a leak coming from the radiator.****Update *** I took the vehicle back in for the radiator and Sun Automotive made it right. They are doing what they can to keep me as a customer.
I am a first time customer and was very impressed with the communication and ease of scheduling. I made it a little difficult because of my work schedule but they were patient and hung in there with me. I felt that my vehicle received a thorough inspection of everything that needed to be done, but did not feel pressured in any way to do anything that I didn’t want done. I needed my brakes done and I did have a few other price quotes before taking it to Sun Automotive. I needed to stay within a budget and they impressed me with a bit of a discount to make it happen. I came in contact with 3 employees and they were all very nice and respectful. The location was clean and very organized. I would take my car there again!
The front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and the diesel mechanic has knowledge and experience that is impressive.
Brian and the entire staff did a great job in diagnosing the issue that I had with my Toyota Highlander. They provided me with a ride home and back to pick up my car when the work was completed and I live out in Fall Creek.I will definitely come back to them if there are any auto repairs needed. Again, I cannot thank them enough.
Josh and all the staff just are so great! They are patient, kind and eager to help! Super professional, and treat you with great respect! They treat you like family! Keep you involved in the work they're are doing; explain everything so you know and understand the possible issues and really work hard for you to get your vehicle back on the road!
Sun Automotive is exactly what you wish all auto repair shops would be. I love the “health report” they send you with the inspection. They are also very honest and clear with work that may need to be done and the time period in which it needs to be done. Everyone there is super friendly. Never thought I would actually not mind having to deal with car repairs.
They were able to get my car in the day I called that alone is unheard of around here and I certainly appreciate that. Honest prices and they warranty their work. They Were able to give a very detailed itemized receipt of every step taken and recommendations for the future. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. There business seems to get better every visit.
Broke down out of town so I was stuck for quite a while waiting on my ride, the employees at Sun automotive were so nice. Not one time did they make me feel like a bother. Jon was amazing and super helpful. They took my car in unexpectedly and got it repaired. Even once I was home, they called to follow up and make sure everything went well. 10/10 recommend!!
